IgG3 (mouse)The CD105 antigen is a 170-180 kDa RGD-containing molecule which is present on the cell surface as a disulphide-linked homodimer. The molecule is a receptor of TGFb. The 1G2 antibody reacts with endothelial cells from various tissues and syncytiotrophoblasts. High Endothelial Venules (HEV) are strongly positive. It does not react with peripheral blood cells but specifically recognizes proerythroblasts from bone marrow. 1G2 antibody was evaluated during the Fifth International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens.
