The CD66e (CEA) antigen has a molecular weight of 180-200 kDa. Its expression is restricted to the neutrophil lineage and to a proportion of bone marrow myeloid progenitor cells. Erythrocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes and platelets do not express this antigen.
