CD66b is the new designation for the previous CD67 cluster of monoclonal antibodies.The CD66b antigen is one of the CarcinoEmbryonic Antigen (CEA)- gene members (CGMs), namely the CGM6.It is a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 95-110 kDa.It is strongly expressed by granulocytes, weakly by myelocytes and by NK cells.80H3 antibody does not react with peripheral monocytes or T and B cells. 80H3 antibody was evaluated during the Fifth International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens.
