The CD45RO molecule is the 180 kDa isoform of Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA). This isoform is the CD45 Restricted form of the lowest molecular weight. CD45RO is a single-chain glycoprotein expressed by thymocytes, CD4+ memory T cell subset and activated T cells. CD45RO is weakly expressed on monocytes and granulocytes. UCHL1 antibody was evaluated during the Fourth International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens.
