IgG3 (mouse)The CD30 antigen is a single-chain glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 105 kDa. It is found on activated T and B cells and on Reed Sternberg cells. The Ki1 and HRS4 antibodies recognize the same antigen, however HRS4 recognizes a formaldehyde-resistant epitope. HRS4 antibody was evaluated during the Third International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens.
