CYTO-STATS

The CD7 antigen is a single-chain protein with a molecular weight of 40 kDa.It is expressed on T cell precursors, prior to thymic homing.CD7 is found on thymocytes and on the majority of peripheral blood T cells. It is also expressed on most Natural Killer (NK) cells and weakly on monocytes. B cells and granulocytes do not express the antigen. 3A1E-12H7 antibody was evaluated during the First International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens. 8H8.1 antibody was evaluated during the Third Workshop.
