The CD1c antigen is a membrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 43 kDa expressed in association with b2-microglobulin. It is found on cortical thymocytes (weakly), Langerhans cells and B cell subset. L161 antibody was evaluated during the Third International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens.
