The reticONE SYSTEM offers a fully-automated device for enumeration of reticulocytes from whole blood in a single tube. The Reagent Kit includes Retic-CAL Biological Calibrator used for instrument standardization and Retic-STAT Coriphosphine O. Retic-STAT Coriphosphine O is a metachromatic dye that permits interfering substances, such as white blood cells and platelets to be excluded from the reticulocyte calculation. The Software includes two additional research programs for allowing measurement of Cell Maturity Index (CMI) and Reticulocytes Distribution Index (RDI).
