Signalment: canine, 5 yrs, male, phenobarbital 30 mg, q12h, po, for 2 months.
Concentrations: 12h -- 10 mg/L; 3h -- 12 mg/L
Assume you are using an elixir so the dose is infinitely adjustable

Enter equation using following operators:

e = Math.exp; ln = Math.log; +; -; /; *

Be sure to use parentheses to group terms appropriately

Example of calculation:

Cp(t) = A * e(-(Ke * t)) where A is 20, Ke = 0.693/3; t = 12

20 * Math.exp(-((0.693/3) * 12)) = 1.25 mg/L
