Karen,
I looked on my trusty Serotec chart (charts are sent out free upon
request) and found the following:
mature eos positive for CD: 9,11b,15,24,32,35,43,w116,125
mature basos, CD: 9,17,25,33,38,43,125,w128
Other markers are given for immature forms. CD16b was listed for
neutrophils, but not for the cells in question.
Regarding light scatter, I believe that basos show up in the lymphocyte
region, and can only assume that eos would be in the far side scatter
region. Maybe someone else can comment on that.
