induce apoptosis

Hello all,
Have anyone done/know how to induce apoptosis (lots of it)
in mouse liver rapidly (in vivo)? We would like to do such and harvest the
cells to use as positive control in our flow studies of apoptosis in mouse
livers.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
