Hello Flowers,
There's a ref in Cytometry 15:207 (1994) to the use of luciferin as a reporter
gene in a flow assay. Has anyone tried the system as an assay for ATP levels
by flow? Are there any other methods out there for assaying ATP -- other than
using rhodamine 123 as an indicator of general mitochondrial activity.
Thanks.
Alice
