Hi! Flowers.
I have a plan to do flow cytometry of germinal center B cells stained
with Fluorescein-PNA. But, I do not have information about the suggested
final concentration and amount of the reagent for staining 1 x 10e6 cells.
I got the Fluorescein-PNA (stock conc. 5mg/ml) from "Calbiochem".
If anyone have done this kind of work, please give some tips for my work.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,

Youngkee Jeong
