Greetings,

I'm interested in knowing if you have recently (within the past 12 months)
acquired one of these cytometers, and considered both prior to your
acquisition. I ask this because we are in the process of making this decision
and need a framework to evaluate each vendors' contention that they've
'cornered the market'.

What were the factors that lead to your final decision? (Tomes are _most_
welcome, especially with regard to four-color work)

Was it purchased or leased?

Is the instrument primarily for research or clinical use?

Based on your experience since acquisition are you satisfied with your choice?

In an effort to minimize bandwith and elicit frank responses, I ask that you
mail me directly <marcl@dartmouth.edu>, but feel free to post to the list if
you feel strongly about it. I'll post a summary if there is an appreciable
response.

Thank you in advance.
