Hi Al,
I should add Alice Givan's "Flow cytometry: first principles"
(Wiley, 1994). It's an excellent reference for practical and theoretical
fresh-flowers, and not only.
As a core in techniques, I prefer "Handbook of Flow Cytometry Methods"
by Paul Robinson.
