Al,
Flow Cytometry: Clinical Applications edited by Marion G. Macey and
published by Blackwell Scientific (ISBN 0-632-03673-7) is pretty good as a
compact guide to practical applications for flow. I also like Clinical
Flow Cytometry: Principles and Applications edited by Ken Bauer, Rick Duque
and Vincent Shankey. It is published by Williams and Wiokins (ISBN
0-683-00480-8).
