Hi All,

I saw a few postings on tunnel staining and Annexin V staining for
detection of cells undergoing apoptosis. I was told that Annexin V
labeling actully could detect apoptosis before actual DNA fragmentation
(detected by Tunnel assay) occured. Do this make Annexin V labeling
better method for detecting apoptosis ? Obviously, Annexin V staining is
much easier, thus more convenient than Tunnel, but I wonder if Annexin V
expression is better marker than DNA fragmentaion for the apoptotic
cells.
