In answer to Carolyn Dawson's question about calcium data analysis from BD data
acquired on an HP computer platform -- I have found Ray Hick's free software
(FACS Assistant) extremely simple and extremely useful. It runs on a Mac and,
among other useful things, allows you to get your kinetics data into the
format of a time course line. You simply open your data file into FACS
Assistant, re-save it in the form of line graph data, and then open the line
graph data file in a graphing program like cricket graph or excel. We use the
program a great deal and like it alot (but we also keep nagging BD to put some
kinetics analysis capability into their next version of CellQuest).

Ray's program is available from his web site
