spores by flow

Greetings to all:

Does anybody have any experience with looking at Bacillus spores using
flow cytometry? I normally work with human and murine lymphocytes, but
I have been asked to look into this topic as well. Any advice by
private E-mail would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
