Protocol to use Ethidium Monoazide DNA staining to discriminate between live
and dead cells before fixation are reported in "Methods in cell biology,
Flow Cytometry" volume 41-42, second edition, Eds. Darzynkiewicz, Robinson
and Crissman, Academic Press.
