I have not had that particular problem but I've had other difficulties
making sure that the instrument was doing what I wanted because the
software is not very robust and very user-unfriendly.
We have version 4.1.2. I don't know what the latest version is but
ours is older - bad interface - and not very tolerant of things other
than the straight-through no problems sort. I wish there were a
better option because I think more people would use the plate sorting
if I trusted it more!
