Trypsin treatment of HLA class I

I received an email in response to a query about HLA Class I
blocking studies and received what I think was an interesting new
approach. TRYPSIN treatment of the cells was mentioned, along with
using MAbs to protect the epitopes.

Unfortunately I have lost the reply address, so if anybody recognises
the message can they please re-email me as I would like to contact
them.
