G2 resolution

At the risk of appearing argumentative,..........
I would like to see data, published or otherwise, showing the improved
resolution described. The above statement implies SYTOX Green can resolve
late S phase from G2 and only has problems distinguishing late G2 phase
from mitotics, at least early mitotics. At least that it does so better
than PI. Can it resolve late S from late mitotics, telophase? I'm no fan
of PI and would be very interested in SYTOX Green, if it's better.
