I am a graduate student at UCSF who wants to start a flow project. Can
anyone tell me which book is the *THE* book for flow cytometry methods.
Also can you give me the names and numbers of important suppliers.
Many Thanks...

My recommendation is: Handbook of Flow Cytometry Methods, J. Paul
Robinson, editor; Darzynkiewicz, Dean, Dressler, Tanke, Wheeless,
Associate Editors. Pubisher: Wiley-Liss. I have found this to be a
very comprehensive, practical, and extremely useful handbook,
especially for someone new to the field. Good Luck! Joanne Thomas
