Hello all

Is someone using BODIPY neutralite avidin and has compared its fluorescence
to FITC neutralite avidin. What should be the fluorescence ratio between
BODIPY and FITC?

Also is the buffer used for BODIPY avidin the same one used for FITC or does
BODIPY has a different optimum Ph?

Finally published references on the use of BODIPY would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance. Daniel VAULOT
