Mailing List Errors over the weekend

I upgraded our internal network over the past weekend, and of course
broke the incoming cytometry mail queue.

If you tried to send a message to the list on Saturday, Sunday or
earlier today (Monday), *and* you got an error message telling you
that an obscure command couldn't create an obscure file in
directory /lab/sys2/9f000002, please re-send it.

Sorry about that. In the immortal words of George Bedard,
"It's one step forward, and one step back.
Two steps sideways, you're on the wrong track."

but I think it's fixed now.
