Is there anybody who has experience in studing protein-protein interactions
(on cellsurface molecules) using energytransfer between FITC and TRITC on
the FACScan ?

I have a user that would like to use this technique for studing functional
association of molecules on the cellsurface.. but I have no idea if this is
feasible or sensitive enough for such a study. I have some references from
the Shapiro book, but I thought it couldn't hurt to get some hints from the
specialists directly...
