They have CD2, 4, 5, 18 and 44. It is sometimes worthwhile
to check the anti humans for crossreactivity. I found the
CD14 from DAKO to crossreact with swine and the CD14 from BD
to work nicely with rabbit. DAKO also has a nice CD 3 that
may work across species but it recognises an intracellular
antigen

To All:

I have been asked to evaluate equine peripheral blood leukocyte phenotyes
with flow and was wondering if anyone knows of a source of either
conjugated or unconjugated antibodies for EqCD3, EqCD4, EqCD8 and a B cell
antibody (EqCD19?).

I also need to evaluate NK cell activity in vitro. Does anyone know of a
target cell line that is used for this purpose?

Thank You.
