CD61 and megakaryocytes

Has anyone had experience of purifying megakaryocytes and CD61 staining? Is
platelet aggregation and cell binding a problem? What about preferred
antibodies or conjugates?

My colleagues will be eternally grateful to the bloomin' lotta yer.
