SyStemix, Inc.
SyStemix is an innovative biotechnology company located in
the San Francisco Bay area utilizing our patented revolutionary
technology- the SCID-hu mouse model- for the study of human disease
and its treatment. We are pioneering the clinical use of cellular
therapies, focusing on the human stem cell (for which we hold a

response to novel factors, and its potential use in the treatment of
cancer and other immune diseases. Founded in 1988, the organization
has a renowned team of managers and scientists which is supported by
a distinguished, active scientific advisory board. In addition to a
strong proprietary position and a unique system for studying growth
factors and other biologics, various strategic alliances (including
an agreement with Sandoz, Ltd.) support the company financially and
have added complimentary technical capabilities. The company went
public in 1991 and is traded on the NASDAQ exchange as STMX.
