I am interested in finding out how many people use FNA to obtain
cells from colonic tissue for FCM. Also what is the "standard"
technique for the cell isolation - is it FNA? or is it a mixture of
mechanical and enzymatic digestion? What does ISAC suggest?
In a different vein, is it common to find hypodiploid cell
populations in colorectal carcinoma tissue?
Thanks
