Version 3.4F of my free PC program for FACS list mode data analysis is
available by anonymous ftp from flowcyt.bio.umass.edu in /pub/flowcyt/mfi.
This version is provided as a self-unpacking PKZIP file MFIZIP.EXE; when
run, this produces MFI.EXE and MFIHELP.EXE, which should both be put on
your path. If the unpacking process reports a CRC error, don't use the
programs; try getting MFIZIP.EXE again (be sure you use binary mode!).

Changes in 3.4F:

Bug fixed: entering a long run description (full line-width) should no
longer cause MFI to fail.

Minor enhancement: A new "step thru" option, #12, is provided on the menu
for manual entry of gate limits. This allows you to step through the gate
name, parameters, and limits in sequence without selecting each from the
menu separately. This makes it much less cumbersome to enter gate channel
limits manually.

Happy New Year!
