RE: sheath buffer ?

I have used distilled water as sheath fluid in our FACStar Plus for over a
year (for analysis -- can't sort due to lack of conductivity). It works
fine, however, I have not made detailed comparisons of results in saline
vs. water. I would be interested if anyone has.
