SOFTWARE PROGRAMS FOR FLOW CYTOMETRY

I am a B & D FACScan user (measuring DNA Ploidy, SPF, using PI,
and Proliferation Indices using moabs against PCNA and Ki-67), and would
like to have my name placed on your list of flow cytometrists. I am trying to
decide upon which software to purchase for the type of analyses mentioned
above, and would appreciate some advice from people who may have had
experience of different products. I have demo copies of Phoenix Flow
System's MultiCycle, Multi2D, ListView, and LabReporter, and Verity Software
House's ModFit and WinList. I have seen a demo of B & D's PC-Lysys and am
awaiting a demo program of DAKO's FlowMate soon. I would appreciate any
comments and advice about these software products (and others that I may be
unaware of), since I need to make a decision about purchasing before the end
of this year. Since the exchange rate is currently around 3.5 Rand to the
Dollar these programs work out to be very expensive for us, so I would hate
to make a bad decision.

Regards
