My program MFI, available by anon ftp at flowcyt.bio.umass.edu in
/pub/flowcyt/mfi, converts most B-D and Coulter files to ASCII tabular
files. It runs on PC's, so the data must first be moved to a PC if
not already. It converts both listmode and histograms. The data can
be gated before conversion, and histograms can be reduced in channel
number or Savitzgy-Golay smoothed before conversion as desired.
MFI is menu-drive, comes with a tutorial based on sample data files
provided, and has extensive built-in help.
