VAX VMS question

Hi,
Another question for the VMS gurus in the audience...
I have a number (around 100) of files in my manager directory which
I can't delete,purge,or otherwise move. They are evl.log files, and
I can't even do a DIR/FULL, it says the files dont exist! They
have large version numbers (;5600...) I just want to get rid of
them. Any ideas??
