OS/2: TCP/IP, NFS

In response to Chris and others about operating systems- you mentioned
that Windows NT runs on top of DOS? Is that true? I thought it was its
own entity. In any case, I'm pretty sure it doesn't need DOS on the
DEC Alpha AXP machines- talk about a faster machine!! I like the
fact that the letters in Windows NT (WNT) are one letter further than
VMS in the alphabet. Kind of like HAL ->>> IBM.
