Sodium Green

We are attempting to look at sodium changes in suspension
cells using Molecular Probes' new Sodium Green. So far we
have not been what we would consider successful. I would
like to know if anyone else has any experience with this dye
and whether or not they have any success, tricks, etc. Please
let me know either by e-mail or at the number listed below.
