Hello Peter,
I don't know if the Vantage is as adaptable as the FACStar Plus -- but if
it is, you can trick it into doing the FL1/FL4 ratio by removing the signal
cable from the Fl 2 pmt and connecting it to the FL4 pmt. That way, the
cytometer thinks it's looking at FL1/FL2 -- but the filters are the ones for
FL1 and FL4. You get your FL1/FL4 ratio by looking at the FL1/FL2 ratio
parameter.
