Steve Kelley's LOOKUP is probably your best choice. He should also have
a program called KEYS that lists *all* FCS header keys/values (as described in
the "Handbook of Flow Cytometry Methods", J. Paul Robinson, Ed., ISAC, 1990,
pp.188-190).
