Please answer these questions and give your source of knowledge.
Please answer even if you aren't sure you are correct. If you
don't know, don't answer.
(1) How many molecules are known that control the cell cycle?
(2) What concentration of propidium is saturating for fluorescence
of mammalian diploid cells?
(3) What is the rate of cell sorting on a
FACSort?
(4) What is the volume of medium/sheath fluid that is collected per
cell on a FACSort?
This is a test of BBS system - to determine the power of information
retrieval via this system. I'll compile the results and report them.
