FACScan supply tanks

We have been through phases in the life of our FACScan when this was a
problem. I agree; it is a very frustrating one! Changing either the
tank/cap solved the problem. There was a bad batch of caps around for a
while too, but this was over a year ago I think. Sorry I can't offer
anything more constructive but changing the items did the trick!
