Ivan,

In reply to your question on March 3 about running indo-1:

We successfully run indo-1 with and without FITC and PE surface markers on a
BD FACS Vantage. Previously, we have had success with a BD FACStarPLUS and a
Coulter EPICS 753. I have also seen a successful demonstration of indo-1 on
a Coulter EPICS Elite. I haven't had a chance yet to see Coulter's new XL.
Also, we haven't tried it yet, but the Vantage is capable of indo-1 and 3
more (FITC, PE, PerCP/RED670) fluorochromes, as well as FCS, SSC, and time.

Of course, the easy part is running the samples on the cytometer. The hard
part is analyzing the data. What software are you currently using to analyze
indo-1?
