Hello: Our group is looking at the possibility of purchasing a
refurbished EPICS 541 with a MDADS data terminal and Coherent Innova
90-4 water tuneable Argon laser. It would be used for,
predominantly, the detection of surface markers on immune cells, but
also for the counting of bacteria, perhaps even sperm. I would be
grateful for comments from users who have had experience with such
machines as to the pros and cons, weariness with age, etc. Thanks,
Robin.
