Does anyone know of success in installing a tunable laser in a B-D
FACScan, thereby allowing excitation at 514 nm for TRITC as well as at
the standard 488 nm? (I asked this several months ago here; the only
reply I remember was from Peter Lopez who said he had been thinking
about it.)
