Hi,
Just after a bit of feedback about intracellular cytokine staining
using saponin for permeablization. Basically is this the "go", and if so
does anybody know of a paper using it in a flow cytometer, as there are a few
papers around using it in Confocal microscopy. Any and all suggestions welcome.
