Steve Young mentions an interesting problem regarding the quality of some
reagents. I think that the extra cost of Molecular Probes reagents is probably
well worth while. We observed a similar case with Dichlorofluorescin diacetate
purchased from Kodak. The quality was very poor and M-Ps was nice and clean.
