We are looking for cell lines with surface receptors to human
interferon-gamma. If possible, would like to have different lines with
low, intermediate and high levels of the receptor on their surface. This
is for a colleague looking to evaluate monoclonal antibodies to
INF-gamma. Any helpful hints, suggestions, or most particularly the
identification of such cells is most welcome.
