In response to the request for information regarding Chromaprobe:

I have had some conjugates made by Malcolm Munn at Chromaprobe and they
worked very well. His prices were competetive and the work was done in a
timely manner. He did both standard conjugations and some developmental work
for us.

More recently (about May '95), he made the initial APC-CY7 tandem conjugate
(ALLO-7) linked to streptavidin for myself and Dr. Ken Pennline (YES, it
finally got published in Cytometry... but that's another story) which worked
well and is still going strong.

Sincerely

Hello everyone...

Recently a company named "Chromaprobe" in Mountain View, California was
recommended to us for the primary conjugation of antibodies. They were
recommended for reasons of cost and efficiency. However, I was hoping some
of you might have had experience with this organization that you could share
before we contract with them.

Thanks for your info.
