Frederic, Last year I converted a 90-5 from an EPICS-C from computer
control to a remote laser control module which made that laser 100%
compatible with an EPICS V. The Coherent staff, in particular Peter Zych,
was very helpfull with information about how to do it. You may need to buy
about $1,800 in parts. Installation of this parts requiere some technical
expertise from Coherent or as in our case from a Coulter service rep..(If
you have a service contract with Coulter they may do it at no extra
charge?!)
I would start by calling Coherent at 1-800 367 7890. Good luck.
